This is the Concord, NC Chapter for Moms RUN This Town. It is a group for moms who love to run, or wish to learn to run. You can be any level to join this group. It is all about finding a partner to learn with, walk with, or run with. Grab you running shoes, and get ready to feel the wind in your hair. If you have a little one, get your jogging stroller out. It is great to run with your older kids too, keeping those youngins healthy.
